2-1 last night. Iowa and Texas cover easy. I don't know what I was thinking with Western Carolina.
I may have a couple of more before tip off tomorrow, but this is what I have so far and I have to post early b/c I am swamped tomorrow.
Temple (-3')
I think Xavier exposed Rhode Island on Sunday and I noticed that the Rams were easily frustrated and had one of their stars, Woodward, thrown out of the game. There is not a more frustrating team to play than Temple.
Villanova (+3)
BC is great at home (7-0 this year) and yet they are only a 3-point fav over a Villanova team that has lost their last 3 games (the last 2 at home)?
Tennessee (-1)
The Vols got blown out at Florida on Saturday and now everyone says they are pretenders in the SEC. They have a lot to prove in this one. I think their speedy guards will lead them to victory here. Vandy still may have a hangover from their loss at UK.
Oklahoma State (-6)
A high line for this close rivalry. OU was demoralized in their first true road game at UConn on Sunday (a winner for me). I still think they have a lot to learn with these inexperienced guards to be able to win in tough environments.
Purdue (-2)
Wisconsin is now clearly the favorite in the Big 10. However, Purdue has been on the road since before December 30th and played 4 straight on the road.
Wisconsin is only 1-2 on the road and undefeated at Kohl Center, where they are nearly unbeatable. Purdue's big people match up well with a smaller Badger front line.
Auburn (-4)
South Carolina finally proved they could win an SEC road game with a dominating win over Georgia (winner for me). However, Auburn is a much better team.
Maryland (-1')
UNC got a big win over Georgia Tech on Sunday and has #1 UConn coming in on Sunday. However, Maryland has been looking forward to this one since before the new year and have played 2 in-state cupcakes. They will be ready for the Heels here.
May have 1-2 more.
